Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order?
Each Fortune Blossom creation is individually numbered, blessed, and prepared for its owner. Orders are processed very quickly, so changes or cancellations are usually not possible once placed.
If you contact us promptly before shipping, we will do our best to assist.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or cancelled.

Promotional Terms
“One-of-a-Kind” and limited-edition crystal sets are final sale — we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights apply to all purchases and cannot be excluded.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
Discount codes and promotions are not valid on subscription or pre-order items. Unless otherwise specified, promotions apply only to in-stock items.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Fortune Blossom Gift Cards.
For international orders, we recommend PayPal for smooth processing.
All payments are processed securely.
Order Verification
Some orders may require additional verification for security purposes. If so, we will contact you immediately to confirm details and prevent delays.
Currency
All prices are listed in AUD. International customers can check out in their local currency through PayPal without creating an account.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Costs
Australia: Orders over $300 AUD ship free. For orders under $300 AUD, a flat rate (shown at checkout) applies.
International: Rates vary by destination, weight, and speed. Customs duties, taxes, or clearance delays are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, postal strikes, or other unforeseen events).
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing and preparation (including blessing, cleansing, and careful packing).
During peak launches or special collections, processing may take longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
Australia: 2–7 business days
United States: 2–4 weeks
Europe: 3–6 weeks
Other destinations: 2–6 weeks, depending on location and customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.
If you see “Label Created – Awaiting Item,” your order has been booked for shipping and will be handed to the carrier shortly.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for natural variations in crystals (including colour, texture, or markings).
These natural variations are part of the beauty and uniqueness of crystals.
Your ACL Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
• Has a major fault; or
• Is significantly different from its description or sample shown.
These rights apply to all purchases and cannot be excluded.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 3 days of delivery — with:
1. Your order number and description of the issue.
2. Photos showing the fault or damage.
We will review your claim and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with ACL requirements.
This timeframe is suggested for faster resolution and does not limit your statutory rights.

Gifting & Gift Cards
Gift Cards
Fortune Blossom E-Gift Cards are delivered instantly via email and can be redeemed online for any available products.
• They have no set expiry date (except as required by law) and cannot be reloaded.
• Gift cards cannot be used to pay for prior purchases.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
• Once issued, the unique gift card code is the responsibility of the recipient. If deleted or misplaced, we can resend the original code via email, but we cannot issue a new code or refund any remaining balance.
Gift Orders
For gift packaging orders, no pricing or invoice information is included in the parcel.
All items are presented in our signature gift-ready packaging.

Because each piece is individually numbered and energy-attuned, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Choosing Your Crystal

First Steps After Receiving Your Crystal
Each creation is cleansed and blessed before shipping, but you may also:
Place it in sunlight or moonlight for several hours.
Pass it through incense or Palo Santo smoke.
Rest it on a Selenite plate.
Setting Your Intention
Hold your crystal, focus on your goal, and speak it silently or aloud — intention is the bridge between you and the crystal’s energy.
Using Multiple Crystals
Start with one crystal for 7–10 days before adding another to understand its influence.
Wearing Your Bracelet
Left wrist: Receiving energy, emotional/internal work.
Right wrist: Projecting energy, action/external influence.
Follow your intuition.
Caring for Your Jewelry
Avoid water exposure to protect the stringing material. Cleanse regularly, especially after intense emotional days or major events.
