How long does processing and delivery take?

Processing takes 2–4 business days. Australian delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch; international delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks, subject to customs.

My tracking says ‘Label Created – Awaiting Item’. What does this mean?

The carrier has the label but tracking may not update until the parcel is scanned at a sorting facility. If there is no movement for 14 business days, contact us with your order number.

What is your returns policy?

Most bracelets, crystal sets, and décor items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Final sale items, earrings, incense, and cleansing tools are not returnable for change of mind. Your ACL rights to a remedy for faults always apply.

How do I start a return?

Email iam@fortuneblossom.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide instructions. Please ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We prioritise authenticity, ethical sourcing, and small-scale suppliers. Each crystal is hand-selected, cleansed, and energetically aligned before it is crafted into a one-of-a-kind piece.

How do I choose the right crystal?

Choose intuitively based on your intention. Review each crystal’s properties and notice which one resonates. If it feels aligned with your goal—clarity, calm, protection, or abundance—it is likely the right choice.

What should I do first when my crystal arrives?

Although we cleanse and bless every piece, you may reconnect it to your intention by placing it in sunlight or moonlight for several hours, passing it through incense smoke, or resting it on a Selenite plate.

Which wrist should I wear my bracelet on?

Left wrist supports receiving and inner work; right wrist supports action and expression. Trust your intuition. Avoid water to preserve the stringing material.

Can I wear multiple crystals at once?

Yes, but start with one crystal for 7–10 days to understand its influence before layering additional pieces.

Do you make custom designs or restock sold-out pieces?
